Year 10 Mock Interviews 2019

On Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th March, students in Year 10 took part in mock interview days to help them prepare for real interviews in the future. Representatives from local employers, colleges, apprenticeship providers, alumni and Chelmsford Rotary Club visited the school and carried out the individual interviews.

Monday 11th February saw the year 11 BTEC Musical Theatre students perform two fantastic performances of their abridged version of ‘Chicago’ in The Boswells Theatre to family, friends and staff in the culmination of their skills and performance component.

Students from years 10-13 represented the school on Saturday 26th January at the Essex Regional Final of the Jack Petchey Glee Club Challenge, which was held at the Civic Theatre, Chelmsford.

The 'Unreturning Theatre Trip'

On the 23rd January, the Y10 and Y11 BTEC Acting classes travelled up to the Theatre Royal; Stratford East, to watch a theatre piece by Frantic Assembly (a physical theatre company we are studying).

With 4 weeks to go until the final part of the ³ÉÆ·ÊÓƵ Dance Practical Exam, all the year 11 Dancers presented their choreography coursework as part of the ³ÉÆ·ÊÓƵ Showcase on Monday 14th January in the theatre.
