Year 10 Mock Interviews 2019

On Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th March, students in Year 10 took part in mock interview days to help them prepare for real interviews in the future. Representatives from local employers, colleges, apprenticeship providers, alumni and Chelmsford Rotary Club visited the school and carried out the individual interviews.
Students had completed a covering letter and CV in their Personal Development lessons leading up to the interview. The students received verbal feedback on their performance at the interview and will receive written feedback on the quality of their written application, presentation, responses to interview questions and enthusiasm for their chosen role.
We received the following feedback from some of the interviewers involved:
"I always like coming to The 成品视频. The students are always respectful and have a good attitude to preparing for the workplace."
"The students I saw were very focussed and prepared and had a lot to offer employers."
"It is a privilege to do mock interviews with your students."
Students said that they felt more confident about attending a real interview in the future and now realised the importance of preparing a good CV and covering letter.
Thank you to all the interviewers and also to our Year 9 duty students: Isobel Grover, Ella Dixon, Poppy Parkhurst and Kaelyn Spike who helped Mrs Page on the day and made our visitors feel so welcome.
