Media Live! Disney Land Paris 6th Form Media Studies Trip 2019

Last week the 6th Form Media students attended the Media Live! Conference in Disneyland Paris. We had a brilliant time on the rides in the park and enjoyed listening to the guest speakers at the conference. The guest speakers included Andrew Davis who spoke about representing your work online, Lucy Brett from the BBFC who spoke about film regulation and Callie Beaton who spoke about working for Comedy Central and careers.

However, I think all of us can agree that the highlight of the trip was when it was announced that Luke in year 13 had won the moving image competition with his trailer for ‘Detective’! We are all very proud of Luke who is hoping to enter the film or television production industry when he leavers 6th Form.

Once again, congratulations Luke!
