Year 10 Work Experience 2019

From 17th to 21st June, Year 10 students carried out one week of work experience to help them understand the world of work. They had the chance to develop their employability skills and gain an insight into different careers.
We have received some excellent feedback from employers on the students’ performance at their placements. Some of the comments we received are below:
We just wanted to let you know that all of your students were a credit to you and your school. Their behaviour, attitudes and approach to the work experience was brilliant and all staff were very complimentary about them, so much so they wanted to keep them!
Thank you for asking us to be part of this week and a BIG thank you to your students too.
He is a very polite and intelligent young man. He is adaptable and dependable, able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks to a high standard well before deadlines. He should be very proud of the work he has done.
It has been a pleasure to have them this week. They have been polite and helpful throughout. We hope they learnt a lot along the way.
