Performing Arts Summer School 2023

The start of the Summer Holidays marks one of my favourite weeks of the year: Performing Arts Summer School. This year over 70 students from years 3-11 took part in an extensive week of singing, dancing and acting, learning material from the hit West End Musical: Frozen the Musical. The students worked incredibly hard on very challenging material, all of which cultivated a performance over an hour long!
A highlight of the week for students was a trip to the West End to see Frozen the Musical. For a lot of the group, this was the first time they had seen a show in the West End which added another exciting element to the day. The children were impeccably behaved and it was commented on by the Front of House Team just how wonderful they were. They all thoroughly enjoyed the performance, and it was evident through their own performances that they gained a lot of inspiration from the show.
