We are delighted to be one of 250 schools in the UK that has received Alaska pink salmon, courtesy of the Food Teachers Centre and Alaska Seafood UK!

Our Year 10 & 11 students will be cooking a range of salmon dishes as part of their 成品视频 Food Prep and Nutrition course.
