100 Children involved in Performing Arts Summer School!

This summer, Boswells performed several musical numbers from the hit show ‘Matilda’. Students from Boswells (up to Year 10) and multiple Primary School Students from the surrounding area were involved. The cast was split in to 3 groups to rehearse and perform different song and dance numbers. The groups were primary, Year 7 & 8 and Year 9 & 10. Each group performed a song, and song and dance and a dance. During this week (on Wednesday) the cast took a trip to see ‘Matilda’ live in London for inspiration for Friday’s performance. 

As the days past we eventually got to the show where the entire cast performed very well! The week went so quickly but was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone involved, hopefully next year’s Summer School will be another huge success.
